One detail that sets NILES apart from other designers is that we are a licensed, bonded, and insured builder. This means we have the ability to oversee all quality control over your project, from grading the land and isolating slabs, to installing the last lightbulb and everything in between. We can navigate the permitting process, work alongside property surveyors, and/or handle all project management.

 

We are a one-stop-shop that will take on the macro- and micro-complexities of studio design. This allows us to not only take care of purchasing and delivery of all specialized materials, but also to coordinate with our pool of top-level sub-contractors. We focus on the details. From proper installation of all sounds reduction specifications, to integrating audio or lighting within our acoustics package, we've got you covered. We manage builds through our app- and/or desktop-based software, all clients have their own unique portal access to the weekly-updated build schedule, detailed accounting, copies of signed contracts, organized warranties, easy access to communicating with upper-level management, and NILES employees’ daily onsite logs.

We offer all of this in effort to demystify the project’s progress and to relieve the client stress that is often associated with navigating contractors. We consider this a win-win for our clients while it gives full accountability to be held responsible for performance of our projects.

We are also very familiar with partnering alongside builders who might be handling a larger portion of the structure and can act as a sub-contractor for all the studio nuanced details (sound reduction, acoustical sealing, audio, HVAC, acoustic treatments, etc)
